By early April we have already seen the first fantastic floral spectacle on the farm. The narcissi and anemones have been outstanding, the hyacinths divine. But as the season progresses more beauties are beginning to show themselves. It has been a real pleasure getting to know so many lovely people. One of these is Nell, of Nell's Flowers at Squires Garden Centre on the A24 at Washington. As well as selling our flowers to the public Nell also works with brides who want to have our flowers, but don’t feel confident about the DIY aspect. Nell produces glorious hand-tied bouquets, corsages, arrangements and buttonholes, and all for a very reasonable fee.
